David successfully took our home to auction after a six week marketing program.
We wanted our home sold to move on to another project and were not looking forward to having our home on the market with open homes and the whole sales process. So we did not want the home on the market any longer than necessary.
We needed the right salesperson and the right company and after some research we contacted David. David worked with us to conduct a successful marketing program culminating in the sale of our home at auction. We were consulted and kept well informed throughout the entire process and look forward to working with David again in the future.
